Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent, as a company who specialises in fragile items I can safely say they disappoint. Here is a quote from their director, on the subject of glass, and its delivery. If you want my advice choose UPS, better chance of your fragile items arriving in one piece. My frames well packaged and secured, their delivery second rate and response to the damage unacceptable. Fragilistics cost me over £400 in replacing these items and damaged my reputation through their shoddy service. "We cannot and do not, like every other carrier insure glass or the contents of the packages we carry. Fragilistics are a specialist mirror, glass and art work carrier. Our vans are specially equipped to carry these item and our staff are trained and experienced in doing so. Each client chooses how they package items and on the very rare occasion."
