Why Telephone/Skype?
You may be surprised to know that telephone/Skype coaching is far more powerful than face to face purely because of the amount of concentration needed by both parties. The coaching can take place instantly with no visual contact it is so much easier to get right down to business without any distractions of any kind. Not to mention the distance involved in coming to the office. There is no commuting, battling the elements or finding a place to park, it can all be done in a place of your choice with all your creature comforts at hand.

If you are spiritual then we can include this approach in the coaching. We can have it all relating to the essence of spirituality. This will add much more versatility to your learning process and become so much more enjoyable.
I Walk The Talk
Its one thing to talk about what you can and cant do but its all down to the individual to produce at some point. You can look pretty silly when you boast about what you can do if in fact your not being honest. This may be all well and good up to a point, but at some point you will need to show case your words in to action.
That's why I have no doubts in my own ability to deliver on time every time hence my ongoing results and satisfaction.

When a person has experienced a subject of any kind on a first hand basis they are then in a perfect position to teach such values to others. Its one thing to have read something and studied it but there will never be a substitute for experiencing it for yourself.
Its at that point of the experience that you then become familiar and competent to have a valid view point on it. With out getting into the water you will never be able to say you can swim, even if you have studied the exact science behind swimming you will never be a swimmer if you have never been in a swimming pool up to your neck in water. That's why I am more than qualified in all I do due to the hard life I have suffered to get to where I am today.
Empathy is key to understanding the client
Its hard enough to express your feelings to anyone but especially a stranger, some may argue the opposite and think its so much easier to speak to some one your not attached to so I suppose it depends on the individuals outlook on this matter.
Well regardless to how you view this subject its paramount that you know that as a coach I do not judge any one or any situation. I just go about the coaching business in a way that's congruent to you. I am here to support and coach you with empathy and understanding. I will be your pillar of strength all the way through. I will be your new best friend.
Bereavement & How To Cope With It.
When we think of bereavement we instantly think about the loss of someone when they die but you can also go through much the same feelings when you lose some one through a broken relationship for example. The point being it's a very scary and an unsettling time and you will need to know the process and how it works for you to be able to cope with your emotions. Once your able to make some kind of order out of the chaos that will surround you then you can start to make the necessary steps forward that will eventually help you to accept and take control then ultimately move on with a good heart.
